These terms and conditions govern the use of RoyalRook and apply to every player who registers an account. By creating an account, a player agrees to the terms set out below in full. RoyalRook may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the account after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility

• Players must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if higher, to register an account.
• One account is permitted per player, per household and per shared device or IP address. Duplicate accounts may be closed and any balance forfeited.
• Players are responsible for confirming that online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction before registering. RoyalRook does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• Employees of RoyalRook and immediate family members of employees are not permitted to hold an account.

Account Registration and Verification

Registration requires an accurate email address, a secure password and basic identifying information. RoyalRook reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, and withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete. Accounts found to contain false information may be suspended pending review, and any balance may be withheld until identity is confirmed.

Bonus Terms

Withdrawing funds while a bonus balance remains active forfeits the remaining bonus amount and any winnings generated from it. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to betting patterns designed to minimise risk while clearing wagering requirements, such as covering both sides of an even-money bet, may result in forfeiture of bonus winnings. RoyalRook reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a bonus offer from any account at its discretion, including in cases of suspected coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts.

Deposits and Withdrawals

• Deposits are credited to the account balance immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing and may require additional verification for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.
• Withdrawals are generally returned to the original deposit method where possible. Alternative methods may be offered where the original method cannot process a return.
• RoyalRook reserves the right to apply reasonable processing times as described on the payments page, which may vary by method and by financial institution.
• Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the player and are determined by the player’s bank or payment provider, not by RoyalRook.

Game Rules and Fairness

All games offered on RoyalRook use certified random number generators, independently tested for fairness. Published return-to-player figures represent a theoretical long-run average and do not guarantee outcomes for any individual session. In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting a game round, RoyalRook reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original stake.

Responsible Gambling

Players can set deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits and session time reminders from the account settings at any time. Self-exclusion is available for a defined period or on a permanent basis, and once activated, cannot be reversed before the selected period expires. Account Suspension and Closure

RoyalRook reserves the right to suspend or close an account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, underage gambling, use of prohibited software, or a breach of these terms. Where an account is closed for a confirmed breach, any bonus funds and related winnings may be forfeited. Players may close their own account at any time by contacting support, and any verified real-money balance not tied to an active bonus will be returned subject to standard verification.

Limitation of Liability

RoyalRook is not liable for losses arising from a player’s internet connection, device malfunction, or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Every reasonable effort is made to maintain uninterrupted service, but RoyalRook does not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption at all times. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Disputes

Players with an unresolved dispute should first contact customer support through live chat or email. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority’s dispute resolution service, contact details for which are available on request from support.

Changes to These Terms

RoyalRook may amend these terms at any time to reflect changes in regulation, business practice, or game offerings. Material changes will be communicated through the account notification centre or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the account following a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
